He currently works for a US university as a Post-doctoral Researcher.

Dr. Ding retained Z&A to represent him on his NIW petition. We successfully proved to BCIS that Dr. Ding has made significant original contributions to his field and that the success of his project will benefit greatly America's health care system as well as the social burdens associated with diseases caused by smokeless tobacco use throughout the country, and thus his projects are proposed to benefit the US on a national scope. We filed his petition to Texas Service Center in August 2002 and received the approval notice in August 2003.

Mr. Xie

Mr. Xie has extensive experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. He obtained his Master's degree in Science and Engineering from a prestigious university in his home country and a university in US. He was still a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering when filed his NIW petition.

We presented Mr. Xie's petition to BCIS by proving that Mr. Xie has established himself as an exceptionally talented and productive researcher/engineer in his field and his work is proposed to provide new technologies for many benefits that will impact all parts of the nation. We filed his petition in July 2002 and received the approval notice in August 2003.

Mr. Hua

Mr. Hua's research is in the field of Electrical Engineering, specifically in the area of ferroelectric material devices for environmental instruments. Mr. Hua obtained his B.S. degree in applied physics from a prestigious university from his home country and his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from a US university. He was also invited to a US national laboratory as a Visiting Scholar/ Assistant Researcher. He currently works for a top company in ultrasonic instrument technology as Senior R&D Engineer.

Mr. Hua retained Z&A to represent him on his NIW petition. In our well- prepared package, we presented BCIS by proving that Mr. Liu's work in ion implantation and ferroelectric material devices is outstanding and extraordinary and his employment is proposed to benefit the U.S. on a national scope. We filed Mr. Hua's NIW petition to Texas Service Center in August 2002 and received the approval notice in August 2003.

Dr. Yang

Dr. Yang has many years of experience in the field of medical science, particularly with an emphasis on cancer research. Dr. Yang obtained his M.D. and Ph.D. from a prestigious medical school in China. He currently works for a medical center of a US university as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He has many publications and also is a member of the Endocrine Society.

Dr. Yang retained us Z&A to represent him on his immigration petition. We well established in our petition letter and the supported documents that Dr. Yang has made a significant contributions in his field and the loss of this exceptional and crucial contributions would be contrary to the interests of the United States. We filed his petition to Texas Service Center in October 2002 and received the approval notice in September 2003.

Dr. Gao

Dr. Gao has extensive experience in the filed of Chemistry with an emphasis on organic chemistry related to bioactive compounds. Dr. Gao obtained his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degree from his home country. He currently works for a U.S. university as a Post-Doctoral Associate.

Dr. Gao retained Z &A as his attorney to file his NIW petition. We successfully convinced BCIS that Dr. Gao has proven himself to be substantially more competent and effective than the majority of others in his field, and his non-participation in his current and future work would deprive the nation of his exceptional and crucial contribution to the national interest. We filed his NIW petition to Texas Service Center on February 28, 2002 and got the approval notice on March 21, 2002.

Dr. Man

Dr. Man is a scientist with extensive research experience in the field of materials science, with a current focus on high temperature superconducting thin/thick film materials. He received his B.S. degree in Applied Physics and M.S. degree in Crystal Physics & Devices from a University in China, and also obtained his Ph.D. degree from a prestigious academic institute in China. He was invited to join a US Research Center as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in 1999.

Dr. Man retained Z&A to represent him on his NIW petition. We successfully established in our petition letter together with many very strong evidences that Dr. Man has earned worldwide respect and recognition in his field and that Dr. Man qualifies for a National Interest Waiver. We filed his petition to Texas Service Center on November 19, 2002 and received the approval notice on September 24, 2003.

Dr. Meng

Dr. Meng has extensive experience in the field of medical research, with an emphasis on neurodegenerative diseases and cancer research. She obtained her M.D. in medicine and M.S. in pharmacology from a top medical school and a research institute of China. She currently works as a senior research assistant for a top cancer research institute in U.S..

Dr. Meng retained Z&A to file her NIW petition on her behalf. We successfully proved to BCIS that Dr. Meng has gained an international reputation as an outstanding scientist in her field and her work stands to benefit our national interests because it will improve public health in general. We filed her NIW petition to Texas Service Center in October 2002 and received the approval notice in September 2003.

Dr. Xiao

After receiving his M.S. degree and Ph.D. in Food Science from a U.S. university, Dr. Xiao worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher and then as a graduate faculty for the Department of Food Science of a U.S. university.

Dr. Xiao retained Z &A as his attorney to file his NIW petition. We successfully prove to BCIS by persuasive explaination in our petition letter and the strong evidences that Dr. Xiao has established himself an outstanding researcher in his field and his current and future projects are proposed to benefit the U.S. on a national scope. We filed his NIW petition to Texas Service Center on October 29, 2002 and got the approval notice on September 19, 2003.

Dr. Kim

Dr. Kim has extensive experience in the field of plant disease research. He received his M.S degree from a university of his home country and Ph.D. degree from a U.S. university. He worked as a Post-doctorate Research Associate for a U.S. university's research center in the field of plant pathology when filing his immigration petition. Dr. Kim has many awards from his home country, many publications as well as membership with prestigious scientific organizations.

Dr. Kim retained Z&A to represent him on his NIW petition. We filed his petition to Texas Service Center on October 15, 2002. We successfully established in our petition letter together with many very strong evidences that Dr. Kim's accomplishments are significant and distinguished him from others in his field, that Dr. Kim's current and future projects are proposed to benefit the US on a national scope, and that a labor certification may deprive us of his unique and exceptional future contributions and such requirement would adversely affect the national interest. We received the approval notice from the Service Center on September 9, 2003.

Dr. Deng

Dr. Deng works in the field of materials science. He received his M.S. in this field from a Chinese university, where he had a distinguished record and was supported by a prestigious scholarship. Afterwards, Dr. Deng received his PhD from another Chinese university where he was a key member of a national project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Subsequently, Dr. Deng came to the United States to continue his research in materials science at an American university. It during this period, specifically in July of 2002, that we filed Dr. Deng's NIW petition to the INS (now called USCIS). This petition was reviewed for INS/USCIS by the Texas Service Center. In the evidence submitted we demonstrated that Dr. Deng's work was of substantial intrinsic merit and the benefits of his work would be national-in-scope, as his work would lead to improved means of materials processing that would reduce costs, fuel consumption, and pollution. We further showed that the applications and effects of the new technology being developed by Dr. Deng would impact all parts of the country. Moreover, we proved that, because of Dr. Deng's outstanding accomplishments and extraordinary abilities, his capacity to perform is at a level well above that of others with similar education and experience, and hence the standard requirement of a labor would adversely affect the national interest. The Texas Service Center accepted our reasoning and granted Dr. Deng a National Interest Waiver, without any request for additional evidence. Dr. Deng's approval notice was received in July of 2003.
