Dr. Zhong

Dr, Zhong, a Bioinorganic Chemist, is now working as a Senior Research Associates at a university in Texas. He graduated and obtained his B.S. and M.S degrees from a university in his home country. He then obtained his Ph.D. degree in Bioinorganic Chemistry. Based on his experience in the field of biomedical research, he was hired as a Senior Research Associates by his current employer, and entered the United States holding a H-1B visa. At this university in Texas, Dr. Zhong is focusing on the research of human zinc-sensing protein.

Dr. Zhong retained Z&A to file his NIW immigration petition. Joe Zhou, an attorney of Z&A, has proved that because Dr. Zhong's research has made a better understanding of the disease suffered by hundreds of thousand American people, Dr. Zhong's research is extremely beneficial to the U.S. on a national scope. We file his NIW petition with the USCIS Texas Service Center in October 2001; six months later, Z&A received the Approval Notice.

Dr. Sunny

Dr. Sunny is a scientist in the field of medical science, particularly in the area of gene and echo contrast research. She received his M.D., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in her home country, and conducted research for a couple of years. Afterwards, she was invited to join the Cardiology Division of a hospital affiliated to a university in Texas. At this hospital, Dr. Sunny has conducted research by employing her expertise in delivering a gene to a targeting organ with ultrasound-mediated microbubble destruction. Her research is to examine the application of this gene therapy in the common clinical cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Dr. Sunny retained Z&A to file her NIW petition. Z&A's attorneys have proved that her work is to benefit public health by advancing the development of new, more effective treatments for cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, and thus her research will benefit the human health of the entire nation, with its associated benefits to the nation's economy. Z&A filed this petition with the USCIS Texas Service Center in July 2001; it was approved by the USCIS in March 2002.

Ms. Jing

Ms. Jing works in the field of air quality studies with an emphasis on particulate matter emission control. She accepted her undergraduate training in her home country and obtained her Bachelor of Engineering degree. After serving as an engineer for three years, she was admitted into Master of Science program in Agricultural Engineering at a university in Texas. After receiving her Master degree, she worked at that university as a research fellow. There she continued her research of particulate matter emission control. Particulate matter, dispersed airborne particles, constitutes a very serious health hazard. In the United States, there are approximately 15 million people suffering from health problems caused by particulate matter exposure. Ms. Jing's research is committed to the development of new engineering devices, which will improve our air quality and public health.

Ms. Jing retained Z&A as her attorney to file her NIW petition. Our attorneys have proved to the USCIS that Ms. Jing's work is to benefit the nation as a whole by developing and understanding novel advanced air pollution abatement devices and improving our nation's agriculture, environment, healthcare, and energy industry. Z&A filed the immigration petition in December 2001, and the USCIS Texas Service Center approved the petition in March 2002.

Dr. Paul

Dr. Paul is a mechanical engineer working on matters regarding polymers and composite materials and engineering structure analysis. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in his home country, and obtained his Ph.D. in a university in Texas, U.S. After he received his Ph.D. degree, he continued his work as an associate in an engineer service firm in Houston, Texas.

We presented the case by linking his work of material sciences and structural engineering to the U.S. national interests. We filed his NIW petition on May 15, 2001, and his NIW petition was approved by the USCIS Texas Service Center on March 10, 2002.

Mr. Kevin

Mr. Kevin is a Process Engineer working in the field of surface science. He obtained his B.S. degree in Chemistry in his home country, and pursued his graduate studies in a university in Texas. After he earned his M.S. degree in Chemistry, he worked as a Chemist for a private company in Texas, and focused his job on ultra-large scale microelectronic device fabrication.

Mr. Kevin retained us to file his NIW petition. We proved to the USCIS that Mr. Kevin's work would be of substantial benefit for enhancing the technological leadership of the United State, and thus his work was to benefit the United States on a national scope. We filed the petition on December 29, 2001, and the USCIS Texas Service Center approved his NIW petition on April 1, 2002.

Mr. David

Mr. David is a scientist in the field of Biomedical research. He earned his B.S. degree in his home country, and afterwards, he obtained his M.S. degree in Medicinal Chemistry in a university in Florida. When he retained Z&A to file his NIW petition, he was still a Ph.D. student at a university in Texas, and focused his research on Alzheimer's disease and subergorgic acid.

We present his NIW petition by proving that Mr. David's research is dedicated to Biomedicine and drug discovery research, especially as it relates to Alzheimer's disease. Since Alzheimer's disease is one of the major public health problems in the United State, affecting nearly millions of aged American people, Mr. David' research is to benefit the United States on a national scope. We filed the NIW petition with the USCIS Texas Service Center on February 12, 2002, and we got the approval in March 2002.

Dr. Susan

Dr. Susan is a biomedical research working on cardiovascular disease. Dr. Susan was awarded a M.D. degree from a medical school in her home country. Subsequently, she did her post-graduate study in a university in United Kingdom and obtained her M.S degree in Medical Biochemistry. Currently, she is doing research work at an affiliated medical center of University of Texas.

We present this case by proving that because Dr. Susan's work deals cardiovascular disease which affects millions of people throughout the United States, her research project are proposed to benefit the United States on a national scope. Our well-drafted petition letter covered the required criteria of NIW. We filed her NIW petition on October 20, 2001, and it was approved by the USCIS Texas Service Center on March 29, 2002.

Ms. Young

Ms. Young is a research assistant in the field of molecular biology with an emphasis on molecular genetics relating to cancer. Ms. Young received her B.S. degree in Biochemistry in her home country, and consequently pursued her graduate studies in Plant Science at a university in Connecticut. After she obtained her M.S. degree, she worked at a cancer research center of University of Texas. There she has focused her research on the new therapies for colorectal cancer and breast cancer.

Ms. Young retained Z&A to file her NIW petition. We present her petition by proving that Ms. Young's research into the mechanism of colorectal and breast cancers will lead to the development of preventative and treatment strategies for these diseases, thus, her work is to bring benefits to the health of American people all over the United States. We filed the NIW petition with the USCIS Texas Service Center on February 23, 2002, and it was approved on March 28, 2002.

He had served as a Researcher, and later as a Vice General Engineer at a research institute in his home country, before he joined a university in Texas. He worked at the university in Texas as a Research Scientist focusing on microwave antennas, circuits and systems for communication and space wireless power transmission.

We elaborately prepared the NIW petition on behalf of Mr. Charles. In our well-prepared petition package, we presented his case by proving that Mr. Charles's research project is of great significance to the improvement of telecommunication technology as well as exploration of new source of energy for the United States, and the benefit of his research is therefore national in scope. We filed the petition in August 2001; it was approved by the USCIS Texas Service Center in December 2001.
