2011년 10월부터 12월까지, 저희 제리장 법률사무소에서는 86건의 NIW승인을 받았으며, 이 중 80건에 대하여서는 미국 이민국으로부터의 추가정보요청(RFE) 없이 승인을 받았습니다. 2011년 한 해에는 286건의 NIW 승인, 206 건의 EB-1 승인, 그리고 269 건의 H-1B(취업비자) 승인을 받았습니다.
승인 받으신 분들 중 많은 분들이 의학, 생물학, 공학, 물리학, 화학 등에서 사업 및 연구활동을 하시는 분들이었습니다. 이 분들이 출판하신 논문 수는 평균적으로 11개였고, 평균 논문 인용 수(citation)은 72개였습니다. 승인을 받는 데까지는 평균적으로 187일, 즉 약 6개월이 소요되었으며, 가장 빨리 승인된 케이스가 15일이 소요되었습니다.
