process. Before beginning your labor certification process, Z&A will

After you retain us for

1. review your background and the documentation of your (potential)
job;
2. design and draft the job description for your RIR Labor Certification
process and finalize the content of the recruitment of advertisement
based on the feedback opinion of your employer;
3. work with the employer to plan the strategy of the recruitment campaign:
4. arrange the job posting via an advertisement agent;
5. co-ordinate the recruitment with the employer, assisting in the analysis
of received job applications and providing professional opinion on responding
to those inquires;
6. work with the employer in preparations of job recruitment statistics;
7. review all the recruitment documentation and draft the recruitment
report on behalf of the employer to the State Workforce Commission;
8.prepare the forms to submit the application with the with the State
Workforce Commission along with the supporting documentation;
9. communicate with the State Workforce Commission and Department of
Labor afterwards for any legal issues and respond to the request for
additional evidence on your RIR Labor Certification case.
