The Z&A Third Country Visa process is outlined below:
- First, a visa application interview appointment is scheduled by your Z&A attorney with an appropriate U.S. Consulate located in a city either in Mexico or Canada;
- Then, necessary documentation is gathered and your Z&A attorney will help you prepare in advance for the visa application interview;
- Afterwards, your Z&A attorney will accompany you to the appropriate U.S. Consulate and represent you during the interview process with the U.S. Consul. If the application is approved, you will receive your visa within two (2) hours. You will then return to the U.S., accompanied by your Z&A attorney and pass through immigration inspection.
