PROCEDURES: E category

After receiving all the documents (see Documents section) from the enterprise, a skillful immigration attorney will carefully prepare the E petition package for submission to the USCIS (formerly known as the INS). Once the E petition package is mailed to the appropriate USCIS Service Center, the USCIS has three choices; it can approve the petition, it can deny the petition, or it can request additional evidence.
