Consulting Services
Z&A extends its consulting services to other attorneys who either seek an expert second opinion on immigration issues or are looking for counsel to assist them on a particular immigration matter. Colleagues and fellow members of the Bar have retained Z&A to provide expertise in a variety of complex immigration cases. For more information on our attorney consulting services, please contact us at attyconsult@hooyou.com.
Attorney-to-Attorney Referrals
Z&A welcomes referrals from other attorneys. The firm considers a client referral the highest praise one attorney can bestow to another, and we welcome the opportunity to co-counsel or assume the representation of clients on behalf of fellow attorneys.
Z&A currently accepts referrals for the following services: Third Country Visas, National Interest Waivers, EB-1, Labor Certifications, PERM, and J-1 Waivers.
Z&A assures referring attorneys that we will not solicit other work from your clients. We recognize that our role is simply to service that portion of the client’s business that is referred to us.
At the same time, Z&A seeks to expand its network of attorney affiliates so that we may provide attorney referrals to our clients in areas not within our specialty.

Attorney Referral Fee
In appropriate cases, and consistent with
the Texas Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.04 and other State
Bar rules, Z&A, pays referral fees to licensed attorneys who send
their clients to be represented by this office. Referral fees are
calculated as a percentage of the fee earned by this office. The
referral fee percentage varies, depending on the nature of the case.
As required by State Bar rules, all referral
fee agreements are fully disclosed to the client, who must consent
to the arrangement. The referral fee agreement does not increase
the fee owed by the client. It is simply an agreement among counsel
to allocate the fee that the client agrees to pay this office. Z&A
does not pay any referral fee or other remuneration to a non-attorney.
If you are an attorney and would to speak to us about a referral
or would like to be a member of our affiliate network, please contact
