Brief Background: The client retained Zhang & Associates, PC when he was still overseas but planned to come to the US with H-1B.  The client worked with attorney Joe Jian Zhou on recommendation letters and other supporting documents even before relocating to the US.  Shortly after two months upon the client’s arrival in US with H-1B, Joe filed the EB-1A and I-485 concurrently for the client in June 2009.  The EB-1A was approved within 50 days.  The client is a foreign licensed MD with some research background, and is working in the US on a postdoc based position.
