Our NIW is approved!!! Eight weeks after filing the appeal!!! I just checked my email and found the message as below. Can not wait to share this with you!

I, together with my husband, would like to thank you for all the help you have extended in directing us toward the best ways to overcome one after another frustrations. To cite a few, you refined my appeal letter and sent me emails even on your way to vacation that Saturday.  You were also very patient to respond to every little thing we consulted you with. Not to mention of course was your full knowledge on immigration.

We cannot thank you enough except for this words of appreciation. Your qualifications coupled with your integrity of character are your winning elements.

I am glad we did not waste our time yet to start preparing a refilling of NIW. May I send the remaining fee of $1500($2000-$500) to you some time this week? We would really like to see you if possible.
