"The client retained us for both EB-1A and NIW. The client is in the field of PE. Considering the client’s background and work, we suggested the client to focus on the application of the system. His EB-1A and NIW were filed on 02/05/2013. On 02/19/2013, we filed the PE processing for his EB-1A per the client’s request. The client’s NIW was approved 02/22/2013. On 03/06/2013, we received the intent to deny notice for the client’s EB-1A that questioned the client’s publication and review. We worked with client and carefully prepared the documents to respond the NIOD. The response was filed on 03/21/2013 and the EB-1A was approved on 04/01/2013."
