Attorney Jian Joe Zhou Comments:  EB-1B case. EB-1B is employer’s petition though it is mostly based on indiviudal’s achievements.  The Employer of this client did not applow an outside attorney to file the EB-1B petition.  However, the indiviudal client retained attorney prepared a whole set of filing documents, including petition letters, and presented to the epmloyer.  The employer happlily used the set of documents prepared by the attorney and filed the case.  The client reported approval in about 3 months.
