Attorney Comments: Attorney Joe Jian Zhou flied I-140 NIW and I-485 for the client.  Client is a Ph.D. graduate in agricultural research.  At the time filing, the client has two peer-reviewed paper, 20 conference abstracts, but with essentially no citations.  Several request for paper.  I-140 received RFE and extra recommendation letters and two newly published papers (prepared before filing I-140) submitted.  NIW was approved, and later on, I-485 was approved for the family in January 2013.
