Attorney Jian Joe Zhou filed NIW and received approval for the client. Joe also filed I-485s for the whole family of the client.  The principal applicant received two RFE on employment issues as to whether the principal applicant still pursued the employment in the same field.  Joe assisted client answered two RFEs, as part of the I-485 services, and the whole family’s I-485 were approved.   Please note, though the NIW does not require employer sponsorship and an applicant can change employer during the process, the law requires the applicant stay in the same field to continue to contribute to the US.
