This is YY, I started working with you and Madelyn on my EB1A and NIW cases this January.  Last Thursday, my husband and I received the green cards and approval notices mailed from TSC.  I am writing this message to thank you for taking my case in the first place, and for giving me the opportunity to work with Madelyn.  I want to thank her for her great effort and outstanding work on my case.  Without her help, my case would not have been so smooth. 

Madelyn always responds to my email(s) on the same day, no matter how many questions I have, how lengthy my email is and what kind of concern I have regarding my case, she always replies in great patience and consideration, and addresses each issue in a most detailed and logical way.  Her replies always eased my mind, and gave me more confidence in my case.

Madelyn drafted the recommendation letters and petition letter for me, and all the documents were very well written.  I do not think my case could have got approved so soon, if I prepared those recommendation letters by myself.  She has excellent writing skills, and also she has very clear ideas on how to organize my application package and highlight my strength.  Whenever she had technical questions regarding my field of research, she always worked hard to understand it, and then explained them in the recommendation letters and petition letters using plain and clear language so that everything would be easy for IO to review and accept. 

I am really happy that we got the green cards within a year.  I would highly recommend you to all the people I know who are facing whatever kind of immigration issue they have.
