The client was denied 4 times for I-140 NIW and EB-1B back in 2006, 2008 and 2009 before he came to us. He retained us for his EB-1A premium processing in July 13, 2012 and we prepared the documents and filed his case to USCIS in less than 2 weeks. USCIS issued an RFE in August 2012 around 12 days after filing. We helped the client to prepare the documentation to respond the RFE and filed the RFE response within 2 weeks. The EB-1A eventually was approved on September 12, 2012.
