Thank you very much for your great effort  in terms of my I-140. After I mail the rest amount of check, I will file I-485. I am in Beijing now, is it better to file it in the US?

Please note: For applicants who stay in overseas, they should go through Consular Processing getting their immigrant visa. I-485 is only applicable to applicants who are physically present in the US.
