Background:

Attorney Joe Jian Zhou and his assistant, Johanna, worked in the EB-2 PERM case.  The client is among a group of engineers from a civil engineering firm.  All aliens were under PERM EB-2 category.  The alien beneficiaries were born in a country without visa retrogression in EB-2.  So, it took approximate 1.5 years from the starting of PERM to receive the final physical green card.
