Background: NIW and I-485 approvals.  Client works for a public medical institutes.  The employer started PERM with attorney Joe but the employer dropped off the sponsorship.  Attorney Joe suggested NIW self-petition options, and the NIW was approved, and now I-485 for the whole family also are approved in Oct. 2011.
