Background: I-485 approved within 3 months from date of filing.  PERM case based I-140 and I-485.  EB-2 PERM for a director position involving supervising Chinese speaking professionals and was audited for the language reason.  PERM got approval after audit and total processing for PERM is 14 months.  I-140 and I-485 concurrently filed in May 2011.  I-140 approved (regular processing) in late June 2011, and I-485 approved in early August 2011.  The beneficiary has immediate visa number for EB-2 based on place of birth (Taiwan)
