Dr. Lee

We at Z&A benefit from a clientele that hails nearly every corner of the globe. After completing his M.S. in vertebrate biology and multivariate statistics at the best school in his native Russia, Dr. Lee immigrated to America to complete his Ph.D in the same field at a highly prestigious Texas school. Currently a postdoctoral fellow and researcher at the same school, Dr. Lee focuses his research on pterosaurs of the Triassic period, an endeavor that has spawned many related advances in evolutionary theory, biology, geology, paleontology and sediment analysis.

Dr. Lee approached Z&A in January 2006 for help in filing his NIW. While he had been able to collect much of the necessary materials, including his support letters and citations, he knew he needed competent legal aid to best argue his case. Our lawyers, experienced and compassionate, used all of their legal knowledge to present his case in a very persuasive manner, even going so far as to add more material to the documentation that Dr. Lee had collected on his own.

With our help, Dr. Lee’s NIW petition was filed on January 12, 2006, and approved a few months later.
