Dr. Qian

With a M.D. from a prominent Chinese University, Dr. Qian is an advanced degree professional with a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology.  Since 1999 she has worked in leading cardiac research institute where she is an investigator for murine models for human cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Qian retained Z&A in 2005 to file an EB-1B.  Our attorneys evaluated Dr. Qian’s experience and academic credentials to formulate a petition letter that would best suit her.  Despite the fact that many of awards and reviewership were fairly outdated and minor, we stressed that she had over 10 years of experience in biomedical research as well as a permanent position at a university research lab.

Dr. Lu

Dr. Lu received his Ph.D. in materials science from a university in Colorado in 2002.  Before he arrived in the United States, he had been one of the leading scientists in applied mathematics and mechanics at a top Chinese university.  Currently he works on the nanomechanics of surfaces and interfaces.  Dr. Lu has five publications and ten presentations at major scientific conferences.

Dr. Lu retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  With publications in journals such as Physical Review, Engineering Mechanics, Applied Mathematics, and others, we showed that Dr. Lu had an impressive breadth of contributions.  We also submitted 5 glowing recommendation letters from facilities such as Sandia National Laboratories and Los Alamos.

Dr. Zhang

Dr. Zhang received his M.D. from a Medical University in China where he studied neural control of circulation during diseases. For the past seven years he has conducted clinical studies related to the myocardium and cerebral protection during heart surgery.  The results of her work have been published in the Chinese Journal of Circulation and the Chinese Foreign Medicine.  Her current research for a Midwestern university is sponsored by the NIH and the AMA.  Dr. Zhang has 7 publications and 8 presentations at major scientific conferences.

Dr. Zhang retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  With journals in Journal of American Physiology and Brain Research, we clearly demonstrated that Dr. Zhang  was an extraordinary researcher.  We also submitted 8 glowing recommendation letters from facilities such as NIH and the editor of the American Journal of Physiology.

Dr. Pan

Dr. Pan received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from a top East Coast University where he studied the relationship between grain boundary segregation and character in ceramic material.  The results of his work have been published in the Journal of American Ceramic Society, Corrosion Science, and Materials Engineering.  His current research for a Midwestern university is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.  Dr. Pan has 3 publications and 3 presentations at major scientific conferences.

Dr. Pan retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  Dr. Pan had relatively few publications and therefore we emphasized that the practical implications of her work would touch the aerospace, aircraft, and semiconductor industries.  We also submitted 7 strong recommendation letters from facilities such as NIH and John Hopkins University.

Dr. Pan’s petition was filed in February 2005 and approved in July 2005.

Dr. Lu

Dr. Lu received his Ph.D. at a prestigious Chinese University in plant ecology.  When he arrived in America in 2000, he began research at a university in Michigan working on ecological environmental research.  His primary focus was remote sensing technology which allows enhanced ability to see from space.  Dr. Lu had 11 publications and 46 citations to his work

Dr. Lu retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  Our attorneys evaluated Dr. Lu’s experience and academic credentials to formulate an NIW that would best suit him.  Because ecology and geographic informatics has wide applications in defense as well as auto navigation, Dr. Lu would benefit a wide swath of industries.

Dr. Dong

With a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer engineering from a U.S. University, Dr. Dong is an advanced degree professional with wireless telecommunications.  She worked as assistant professor at a Midwestern university conducting cutting edge research in wireless systems.

Dr. Dong received his Ph.D. at a prestigious East Coast University in Physics.  When he arrived in America in 2000, he began research at a university in Washington working on bivariate interval censored data.  This research allows for human health checks to military aircraft maintenance.  Dr. Dong had 4 publications and 2 presentations at professional workshops.

Dr. Fang

Dr. Fang received his Ph.D. at a prestigious West Coast University in statistics.  When he arrived in America in 2000, he began research at the Institute of Advanced Study working on supersymmetric gauge theories and superstring theory.  He plays an important role in studying the superconductors to cell membranes.  Dr. Fang had 30 scientific articles and 400 citations to his works.

Dr. Fang retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  Our attorneys evaluated Dr. Fang’s experience and academic credentials to formulate an NIW that would best suit him.  He obviously was well qualified to receive an NIW, but we also assisted him in selecting 8 superior letters of recommendations from countries such as Spain, Japan, and the U.S.

Dr. Zu

Dr. Zu received his Ph.D. at a prestigious East Coast University in Cell biology.  When he arrived in America in 2000, he began research on DNA replication, cell cycle control, and genomic integrity of human cancer cell research.  The DNA replication regulation is critical in predictive medicine and management of cancer. Dr. Dong had 8 scientific articles and 12 citations to his works.

Dr. Zheng

Dr. Zheng received his Ph.D. at a prestigious Midwestern University in Pharmaceutics.  When he arrived in America, he began research on cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases at major drug research labs.  He also conducted cutting edge research on drug transporters in diabetic tissue.  Dr. Zheng had 6 scientific articles and 3 citations to his works.

Dr. Lu

Dr. Lu received his Ph.D. at a prestigious East Coast University in physics.  When he arrived in America in 1999, he began research at a university in Boston working on surface magnetism projects supported by the U.S. Department of Energy.  His primary focus was surface magnetic properties of a class of materials closely related to high temperature superconductors.  Dr. Lu had 3 abstracts and one article submission.

Dr. Lu retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  Our attorneys evaluated Dr. Lu’s experience and academic credentials to formulate an NIW that would best suit him.  Admittedly Dr. Lu had almost no publications, but despite that fact we were able to show he had made real contributions to his field.  Because energy storage and data transmission rely on surface magnetism, his research will benefit a wide swath of industries including the IT sector.

Dr. Lu’s petition was filed in March 2005 and approved in June 2005. 

Mr. Lam

Mr. Lam received his masters at a prestigious British University in Information Security.  Prior to coming to the United States, Mr. Lam worked in securing networks and risk mitigation for e-commerce and e-government.   He assisted in securing the National Archives of Great Britain.  When he came to America, he worked as a cyber security defense official for a state’s departments . 

Mr. Lam retained Z&A in 2004 to file an NIW.  Our attorneys evaluated Mr. Lam’s experience and academic credentials to formulate an NIW that would best suit him. Despite the fact that he had not conducted research in an academic environment and had not received a Ph.D., he had made substantial contributions to the security of the U.S. computer network systems, an accomplishment that would not have been taken note of in a labor certification.

Dr. Pang

Dr. Pang received his Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry from a top Chinese University where he studied photonic materials.  The results of his work have been published in the Journal of Organic Chemistry, Organic Letters.  His current research on pericyclic reaction for a southern university is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.  Dr. Pang has 10 publications and 4 presentations at major scientific conferences.

Dr. Pang retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  We emphasized that the practical implications of her work would touch the pharmaceutical industry and have widespread benefits for the health of the U.S.  We also submitted 8 strong recommendation letters from facilities such as NIH and John Hopkins University.

Dr. Cao

Dr. Cao received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from a top Chinese University.  After receiving his Ph.D. he conducted research at a major university  in the U.S. where he investigated the effect nocistatin, a novel neuropeptide, in pain modulation and mechanism and treatment of neuropathic pain.  The results of his work have been published in the Anesthesiology, Experimental Neurology, Journal of Pain.  Dr. Cao has 20 publications and cited 60 times by other academics.

Dr. Cao retained Z&A in 2005 to file an NIW.  Dr. Cao’s research will have strong implications for the 2% of the adult population that suffers from chronic pain such as arthritis.  We also submitted 8 strong recommendation letters from facilities such as John Hopkins University.

Dr. Cao’s petition was filed in June 2005 and approved in December 2005.

Dr. Zheng

Dr. Zheng received his Ph.D. at a prestigious Chinese University in Chemical Engineering.  When he arrived in America, he began research on emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization.  He demonstrated the effects of monomer and polymer polarity on the surface charge density, size of emulsifier-free latex particles.  Dr. Zheng had 36 scientific articles and over one hundred citations to his works.

Dr. Zheng retained Z&A in 2004 to file an NIW.  Our attorneys evaluated Dr. Zheng’s experience and academic credentials to formulate an NIW that would best suit him. Due to the large number of published articles we felt he was well qualified for NIW.   His research into biopolymer enzymes based sensors and biosensors would further the health of the whole nation. Dr. Su

Dr. Su received his Ph.D. at a state university in New York in Meterology.  Dr. Sun has continued to study cloud and ice feedbacks in climate models and the modeling of solar radiation.  Dr. Su had 3 scientific articles in journals such as Geophysical Research Letters and Geophysical Research and over 12 citations to his works.

Dr. Dang received his Ph.D. in Physics.  His research at the top college in the country focuses in high-energy physics research, particularly in muon g-2 experiments.  While he had few published works works, his research probes new physics beyond what scientist know of the General Relativity theory, similar to particle accelerator projects.  His work was featured on the cover of Physical Review Letter and Courrier CERN.

Dr. Lee

Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in Physics.  His research into DNA sequencing detection and analysis.  One of the more important discoveries made by Dr. Lee was the colorimetric detection method for determining an unknown DNA sequence that is simpler and faster than previous methods.  His articles have been published in the Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences, and the Journal of the America Chemical Society.
