Dr. Yang
Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. degree in pharmacology from a Chinese university. As a biophysicist and biochemist, Dr. Yang made a breakthrough discovery that pulmonary hypertension has a close relationship with the functional change of RyR. Her current research at a major southern university concentrates on the sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium release channel of cardiac and skeletal muscle.
Dr. Yang retained Z&A to file a NIW. Our attorneys carefully analyzed her academic and professional background to determine the best approach. We emphasized Dr. Yang’s crucial role in developing the next generation of cardiac medicine. Her case contained a wealth of glowing statements from prominent professors which we also highlighted.
Dr. Yang’s petition letter was filed last June and approved this March.
Dr. Yu
Dr. Yu is an advanced degree professional in the field of computational engineering and science. With a Ph.D. from a prominent Chinese university, Dr. Yu was well qualified for a National interest waiver.
Dr. Yu retained Z&A to respond to a request for further evidence (RFE). We focused on the unique contributions that Dr. Yu has made to his field, including being the first to have systematically and thoroughly studied the existing error estimation methods. Our attorneys also differentiated his accomplishments from others by stressing his increased accuracy of his error estimations.
Dr. Yu’s RFE was filed this February and approved in the following month.
Dr. Ruan
Dr. Ruan is a researcher in the Pulmonary Biology division of a cancer research hospital. With many peer reviewed articles, she is considered a remarkable researcher for this stage in her career.
Dr. Ruan sought Z&A’s help to respond to a request for further evidence. We stressed in our response to the Immigration Service that she had some significant changes including additional independent advisory opinions as well as an article that was recommended to be published in PNAS by a Nobel Prize Laureate. We also assisted Dr. Ruan in obtaining additional independent advisory opinions.
Dr. Ruan’s Petition was approved in this February.
