PERM approval notice changed

According to Department of Labor, the PERM approval notice was subject to some changes starting from November 7, 2005. The new approval notice will be printed on the blue color paper, and the original colorful seal disappears. If you receive this kind of notice, please do not regard it as a fake one and drop it into the trash can. Moreover, DOL says that the new approval notice will not affect the PERM or other application procedures.
