Dr. Mao

Dr. Mao is a medical scientist focusing on nanoparticle therapeutics for vascular targeted cancer therapy. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Basic Medical Sciences from a famous medical university in China and a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology and Therapeutics from a Florida University. Upon receiving her Ph.D. degree in 2000, she joined a research group at Stanford University as a postdoctoral fellow to conduct vascular targeted cancer therapy. After completing the research project, Dr. Mao continued her medical research in a California drug company as medical scientist.

Z&A's attorneys, with help from Dr. Mao, successfully prepared all evidence that was crucial to her petition. Mr. Lewis

Mr. Lewis has a career as a track and field athlete, which he started in the late 1980s. He excels in the high jump and is the undisputed national champion in his home country by winning about twenty national and world championships since 1994. Mr. Lewis also qualified for the "International Star Athlete" title, registered with the International Track and Field Association, when he achieved the height of 2.31M in the high jump in 1996. He came to the U.S. as a visiting athlete in early 2002 to receive training from a top U.S. coach.

Dr. Yu

Dr. Yu has a career as an exceptional research scientist in the field of surface science and nanotechnology. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from top universities in his home country and the U.S., respectively. We filed an EB-1A and an EB-1B petition separately with the USCIS Texas Service Center in October 2001. The EB-1A petition was approved in March 2002. Dr. Wei ignored his pending EB-1B petition, and has filed his I-485 application for adjustment of status under the approved EB-1A petition.

Dr. Zheng

Dr. Zheng is a surgeonfrom China. While he was visiting a medicalschool in northeastern U.S. holding B-1 status, he retained Z&A to file his immigration petition as an alien of extraordinary ability (EB-1A). Dr. Zheng obtained his M.D. in China. He has focused his research on transmyocardial laser revascularization and gene therapy for ischemic heart disease. Dr. Zheng made original contributions in this field. He has published his research to a considerable degree. Dr. Zheng has played a critical role in his field with a distinguished reputation, and has been elected to membership in several professional associations. He has also participated as a judge of other people's work by serving many times as a reviewer for academic papers.

Z&A's attorneys proved that Dr. Zhengwas an alien with extraordinary ability. We filed the petition with the USCIS Vermont Service Center in September 2001, and Vermont Center later requested additional evidence to prove that Dr. Zheng intends to continue in his field. Dr. Zane

Having obtained both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, Dr. Zane is a scientist with extensive experience in the field of chemistry. He has already contributed immensely to this field since 1993 when he entered his Ph.D. program at a university in his home country. After receiving his Ph.D. in 1996, Dr. Zane joined a State Key Lab as a postdoctoral research fellow. Because of the international attention that Dr. Zane was receiving for his scientific breakthroughs, he was invited to a U.S. university as a postdoctoral research associate in 1998. After two highly productive years at this university, Dr. Zane was recruited to a university in Mississippi where he has continuously proven his extraordinary ability by producing original and significant contributions to his field.

Dr. Zane retained Z&A to file his EB-1A and NIW immigration petitions separately. We filed his petitions in September 2001. The USCIS Texas Service Center approved both of his petitions in March 2002.

Dr. Hinesburg

Dr. Hinesburg is a scientist in molecular biology and biochemistry. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry in his home country. Due to his academic record, a medical school in the Midwest United States offered him a post-doctoral researcher position. Three years later, this medical school offered him a position as a research associate.

Dr. Lin retained Z&A to file his petition as an outstanding researcher. We filed this petition with the USCIS California Service Center in February 11, 2002. The USCIS California Service Center approved the petition on April 2, 2002.

Dr. Sim

Dr. Sim is an outstanding scientist in the field of biomedical sciences. He obtained his B.S. degree in genetic engineering in his home country; subsequently, he did his graduate work at the University of Missouri, where he later earned his Ph.D. in Biological Science. After he received his Ph.D., he joined a human genome research laboratory in California and later joined another research institution in Canada. Due to his outstanding achievements in his field, Dr. Sim joined a National Laboratory in California, which recently offered him a position as a scientist. In his several years research career, he made numerous discoveries, breakthroughs, and original contributions in biomedical science. He has authored his results to a considerable degree in scholarly journals of international circulation, and has participated as a judge to review other researchers' papers.

Dr. Zhang

Dr. Zhang is an Assistant Research Professor in the field of biomedicine, with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in China, and his Ph.D. degree at a Japanese university. From 1992 until 1998, Dr. Zhang performed teaching and research work as a professor with a university in China. Due to his outstanding achievements, he was invited by a university in the United States to join a project as associate researcher. Recently, this university offered him a position as aAssistant Research Professor. In his over-10-year research and teaching career, Dr. Zhang has made numerous discoveries and contributions to his field. He has authored several scholarly articles in some journals of international circulation. He has also been a member of several associations, such as the Society of Toxicology.
