Attorney comments: Client has visa number per country retrogression after filing I-485 about 10 years ago due to the one time visa advancement month.  After almost  10 years of waiting,  the visa number becomes available and client received the approval.  There are many issues, such as H-1b, travel documents, EAD renewal and family members’ status during the 10 years  of period.  We are very happy  for the client’s final approval of green card and it is such a  relief to the client and his family.
