Attorney Jian Joe Zhou Comments: NIW and I-485 filed in early 2020, and approved in December 2020. USCIS wavered interviews. Even though in general USCIS interviews most of I-485 applicants, during the 2020 Pandemic, USCIS waived many interviews if it believes no interview is necessary.
