Hi Yaping Zhan,
Thank you for sending the scanned copies of the approval notices. Yesterday after coming back from work, I found three priority mails in my mail box with enclosed green cards. If I do not receive the original 485 approval notices, I may come and pick up the originals from your office.
I would like to thank Zhang & Associates particularly the Attorney, Lynn Greening who helped us getting through this important endeavor of life. Lynn is committed towards her work and is an excellent immigration lawyer. Responding email within hours and certainly within 24 hours saved lot of our time. She wrote an outstanding cover letter, highlighting my achievements exceptionally well.
I would also like to thank Mr. Jerry Zhang who reviewed my profile earlier, provided initial confidence and handed over the case to Lynn Greening. As promised by him, service from Lynn and others were unparalleled.
I have my elder daughter who got aged-out while rest 3 of us got our green card yesterday. I am planning to work with Mr. Jerry and others again to see her filing chances under child status protection act (CSPA). Our priority date for filing the 485 was current under EB2 in 2015 when "485 filing date" table was introduced for the first time in visa bulletin. Our applications with my elder daughter (she was 19 then) with medicals and all forms were signed, made ready and sent to the employer attorney when those dates were pulled back by the USCIS at the end of Sep. I would like to make a case under CSPA even though there may not be a 100% chances there. Appreciate Mr. Jerry and Others CSPA expert comment on this so as we could move forward on this, at the earliest. I have received Mr. Sechyi Laiu name from one of my friend.
I will fill-in the online survey soon.
Regards,
Client
