I already finished my 485 interview, and got the update from the uscis, it shows case was approved. Should be able to get the physical card in about a week.

Later on, Attorney filed I-140 EB-3 downgrade petition by using the same PERM approval notice, and filing concurrent I-485 based on availability of the EB-3 advanced visa number. I-140 EB-3 approved and I-485 was also subsequently approved."
