Thank you Mai! The interview today went well, thanks to your suggestion on bringing the updated employment letter and medical reports. It seems that the delay was caused by my stolen passport back in 2011. They ordered several rounds of name check for that.
Anyway, finally we have it. And thanks for all the supports you gave us during this lengthy process. Now time for a celebration! :-)
