"Background info:
Jianhua helped client’s H1B, PERM, I-140, then H1B extension beyond 6 year H1B limitation based on approved I-140, then I-485.
All cases went through smoothly except derivative applicant’s I-485 . Derivative applicant had unlawful presence before this family retained Zhang & Associates to handle their H1B. Derivative Applicant’s I-485 got tough RFE: USCIS questions his unlawful presence which could be a bar to I-485 application.
With careful I-485 RFE response, the family’s I-485 got approved in a week after I-485 response."
