What do I need to work with you from this point till I get the green card?

At last, as Jerry said in the very first meeting, we can work with you for the further process on applying green card for my wife and  my 2 year old daughter, and we can get green card together on the next trip to the U.S. What should I do from here? I remembered that you will charge another 3000 US. When should I pay that?
