"The background of case: This client applied H-1B. She has a LLM degree but works for a company providing educational services to international students. At the beginning, we collected the information regarding the client’s future job duties. Based on the information collected, we helped her to find the best job title matching her job duties and her major and helped her to put job descriptions together carefully to meet H-1B requirements. The client got a RFE but it only questioned the address of the company nothing about the client’s job description or her major issues. We responded the RFE and the case is approved."
