He retained us for his I-140 EB-1A in April 2013 when he was in China and planned to file the case several months later after he came to the US. We filed his EB-1A I-140 through premium processing and the case was approved without RFE in 12 days. After his I-140 was approved, he retained us for the I-485 applications for him and his spouse. The I-485s were filed in middle of December 2013 and were approved in March 2014."
