Case fact: PERM EB-2.  No visa retrogression for the beneficiary’s country of birth.  PERM filed in Nov. 2012 and approved in June 2013. I-140 and I-485 filed concurrently in July 2013 and both I-140 and I-485 approved in October, 2013. Client is expected to receive real green card in a couple of days when writing the above message.
