The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has published the latest visa bulletin for June 2019.  Notably, cut-off dates for several employment-based visa categories progresses again in June.
                                                                                 
Final action dates for employment-based preference petitions are as follows:

• The EB-1 category is still no longer current for any foreign national. For mainland-Chinese petitioners, the cut-off date remains on February 22, 2017.For Indian petitioners, the cut-off date has retrogressed from February 22, 2017 to January 1, 2015. For petitioners from all other countries and regions, the cut-off dates have advanced from March 1, 2018 to April 22, 2018. 
• In the EB-2 category, which iscurrent worldwide except China-Mainland and India, the cut-off date for nationals born in mainland China has advanced from May 15, 2016 to August 1, 2016. The cut-off date for Indian nationals has advanced from April 16, 2009 to April 19, 2009.
• In the EB-3 category, which is current worldwide except China-Mainland, India and Philippines, the cut-off date for China-mainland has advanced from August 22, 2015 to September 15, 2015. The cut-off date for Indian nationals remains on July 1, 2009.
• In the EB-5 category, the cut-off date for nationals from mainland China has advanced from September 22, 2014 to October 1, 2014. EB-5 visa numbers are available to all nationals, aside from applicants from mainland China and Vietnam (cut-off date has advanced from September 22, 2016 to October 1, 2016). 

Filing dates for employment-based preference petitions are as follows:

• In the EB-3 category, the cut-off date for China-mainland remains on January 1, 2016. The cut-off date for Indian nationals remains on April 1, 2010.
• In the EB-5 category, the cut-off date for nationals born in mainland China has advanced from October 15, 2014 to November 1, 2014.
