May 16, 2016 is a common Monday to many people. However, it has a special meaning to Zhang & Associates, P. C., because May 16 is our 20th founding anniversary!

Zhang & Associates, P. C. was founded on May 16, 1996 by its founding partner, Attorney Jerry Zhang. Since the genesis, Attorney Zhangworked very hard and gave his best effort to develop this firm. His leadership, coupled with many clients’ support and trust, has grownZhang & Associates, P.C. to a  national immigration law firm with offices in Houston; Chicago; New York; Austin, Los Angeles; Palo Alto, Seattle, and Madison, WI.

At Zhang & Associates, P.C., our attorneys and supporting professionals are committed to providing high-quality immigration and non-immigration visa services as well as business consulting services. We specialize in NIW, EB-1, PERM, EB-5, I-485 cases, M&A, etc. In the past twenty years, we have successfully helped thousands of clients get green cards.

In addition, Attorney Wensheng (“Vincent”) Ma joined Zhang& Associates, P. C. on May 16, 2016. Attorney Ma is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of American Bar Association (ABA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 1994, Attorney Ma received his Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He also received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law located in Silicon Valley, California and graduated with honors (cum laude).

After joining the firm, Attorney Ma will mainly develop new client base for the firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.
