Our Silicon Valley Offices

Silicon Valley or the Bay Area is famous for its high-tech industry, which is considered the most concentrated in the United States. The name “Silicon Valley” arose because of the large number of silicon chip companies in the area. Some of the most prominent companies located here include AMD, Facebook, eBay, Hewlett Packard, Google, etc. Known as the center of the “dot-com bubble” which eventually resulted in drastic stock market declines, the region has continued to enjoy acclaim as one of the top-notch technological centers in the United States. The Bay Area or Silicon Valley also houses the University of California at Berkeley and Stanford University, two incredibly esteemed learning institutions. While “Silicon Valley” has evolved into the de facto name for the entire region, our offices are actually located in the city of Palo Alto, a lively metropolitan area with a very active economy.

Attorneys

In addition to overseeing the Houston offices, Jerry Zhang also manages the Silicon Valley offices, traveling there often to meet with clients.

He received his B.S. from Jilin University. Jerry then went on to obtain a master’s degree in Physics from the esteemed Peking University. Upon moving to the United States, he received his Master of Science in Physics from the University of Washington. Jerry then received a J.D. degree from the University of Texas at Austin Law School in 1995. Jerry started the firm in May 2006.

Driving Directions

From Stanford: From north campus, take Embarcadero Road down towards Bayshore Fwy. Take Bayshore Fwy / 101 N ramp towards San Francisco. Keep right at the fork. Follow signs for Embarcadero Road W/Stanford University. Merge onto Embarcadero Road. The offices is located in the Edgewood Plaza Shopping Center. From south campus, take Campus Drive to West El Camino Real. Turn right on West El Camino Real. Turn left on Page Mill Road/Oregon Expy. Once you reach Bayshore Fwy, take the ramp towards San Francisco. Follow signs for Embarcadero Road W/Stanford University. Merge onto Embarcadero Road.

From the University of California Berkeley/Oakland: Take 580 E. for roughly 7.5 miles. Take exit 34 for State Hwy 238 toward Hayward, I-880, San Jose, San Mateo Bridge. Stay right at the fork and follow signs for I-238 N/I-880. Merge onto I-238 N for approximately 1.4 miles. Exit onto I-880 S towards San Jose/San Mateo Bridge. Take the Dumbarton Bridge exit. Merge onto CA-84 W (which is a partial toll road). Take a left at CA-114 S/Willow Road. Merge onto US 101 S/Bayshore Fwy. The offices will be on your left-hand side.

From San Francisco: Take 101 S toward I-80 E/Oakland/San Jose for about 30 miles. The offices is located at the intersection of 101 S and Embarcadero Road.

From San Jose: Take CA-87 N. Take the exit for US 101 N towards San Francisco. Take exit 402 for Embarcadero Road. Follow the signs for and merge onto Embarcadero Road.

Parking

There are a number of free parking spaces around the offices.
