Attorney Jane Xu is a Partner and Co-Managing Attorney at Zhang & Associates and manager of the firm’s Houston offices. Licensed in both New York and Texas, she is also authorized to practice law in China. Attorney Xu earned her Bachelor of Law Degree in International Economic Law from Fudan University, Shanghai China with the honor of Excellent Graduate from the Bureau of Shanghai High Education, and received her Master of Laws degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Prior to joining Z&A, Attorney Xu worked for several international companies. Attorney Xu worked for NIKE as the Assistant Sports Marketing Manager in charge of legal affairs and business development, and worked for Ranbaxy, the No. 1 Indian pharmaceutical company, as the Human Resource Manager in charge of legal affairs and recruitment. In addition, she also practiced corporate and family law with a local law firm in Shanghai.
