1. Copy of Applicant's passport, including visa page;
2. Copies of both sides of Applicant's I-94;
3. Filing fee;
4. Company letter(s);
5. Applicant's statement in support of his/her visit;
6. Evidence of financial support;
7. Other Documentation in support of the application; and
8. Requisite government forms

B-2 (Visitor for Pleasure) Extension of Stay; Documentation

1. Copy of Applicant's Passport, including visa page;
2. Copy of both sides of Applicant's I-94;
3. Filing fee;
