by business purposes (in the case of the B-1 holder) or by family
or other considerations (in the case of the B-2 holder).

P.C., requires to begin preparation of an extension of stay for
B-1 and B-2 holders:
B-1 (business visitor) Extension of Stay; Documentation
- Copy of Applicant's passport, including
visa page;
- Copies of both sides of Applicant's I-94;
- Filing fee;
- Company letter(s);
- Applicant's statement in support of his/her
visit;
- Evidence of financial support;
- Other Documentation in support of the
application; and
- Requisite government forms
B-2 (Visitor for Pleasure) Extension of
Stay; Documentation
- Copy of Applicant's Passport, including
visa page;
- Copy of both sides of Applicant's I-94;
- Filing fee;
- Applicant's statement in support of his/her
visit;
- Evidence of financial support;
- Applicant's statement in support of their
visit; and
- Requisite government forms
